Following one of the biggest consultation processes in the state's history, the hopes and aspirations of more than 9,200 South Australians have been used to update South Australia's Strategic Plan which was launched via webcast last night.

It's the second time the plan has been updated since it was first released in 2004.

The 2011 plan contains 100 targets, 21 of them new, that all fit under new categories - Our Community, Our Prosperity, Our Environment, Our Health, Our Education and Our Ideas.

Each target is attached to a goal and a vision, making it easier to see what we jointly want and how we plan to get there.
