directions for information communications technology (ICT) for the
Government of South Australia. The Chief Information Officer

activity includes 8.8 million transactions, 5.6 million over the
counter transactions and 1.3 million calls/ faxes/ emails.
Shared Services
provides corporate and business services, in the areas of finance,
human resources, ICT and procurement, to all departments of the
South Australian Public Sector. The sharing of these services
improves efficiency and reduces costs which releases resources for
improved delivery of frontline services to the public.
