Report on SASP engagement delivered (4/5/11)
After a comprehensive, state-wide consultation process the Chair
of the Community Engagement Board for South Australia's Strategic
Plan, Peter Blacker recently released the board's report.
The
report - South Australia's Plan for the best...2020 and Beyond - was
the result of the biggest community engagement project the state has
ever seen.
More than 9,000 South Australians have been
involved in sharing their vision for the future and drafting the
goals that will help update the plan.
The Board conducted a
rigorous, widespread community engagement process which found that
South Australians want to work in partnership with government to
deliver on the plan and do what they can on a daily basis to help
their local communities.
South Australia’s Plan for the
best…2020 and Beyond is available at
www.SAPlan.org.au
And the
award goes to… (7/4/11)
