2008 PREMIER’S AWARDS – SHOWCASING EXCELLENCE IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR
The Premier’s Awards are closely aligned to the six objectives of the South Australian Strategic Plan and recognises those who have provided innovation, improved the quality of services to customers, brought about lasting improvements, and built partnerships with people and groups in the wider community. The Award winners will be announced in November 2008.
Stage 1 of the 2008 Premier’s Awards attracted a total of 66 Expressions of Interest from 51 agencies and closed on Friday, 11 July 2008. The breadth and scope of the initiatives submitted for consideration was impressive.
The panel of judges nominated 18 of the Expressions of Interest to advance to the next stage.
The successful nominees are listed below and now progress to Stage 2 of the 2008 Premier’s Awards – Showcasing excellence in the public sector:
