works to the Public Works Committee has been amended
slightly to clarify that the Department of Treasury
and Finance, the Crown Solicitor and the Sustainability
and Climate Change Office must be consulted in
relation to matters referrred directly by Ministers
to the Committee (in addition to those going through
Cabinet first) and the consequent assurances and
advices with respect to legal, financial, procedural
and sustainability issues must be given in the
reports on these matters sent to directly to the
Committee
