2007 and will focus on major workforce issues
facing the public sector, including age profile,
diversity, Aboriginal employment and promoting
the SA Public Sector as an Employer of Choice.
It includes valuable information for assessing
the progress of many targets in the South Australia
Strategic Plan.

Graduate Employer of Choice Survey 2007
The 2007 survey identifies attributes of an
employer that are important to graduates and
how the South Australian Public Sector is performing
on those attributes. The survey also investigates
the level of job satisfaction in this group
of graduates and their intention to leave the
South Australian Public Sector. This information
will inform the development of strategies for
the attraction and retention of graduates.
