Lobbyist Code of Conduct and Register

How to Register

Step One

Read the Lobbyist Code of Conduct and Privacy Statement (before completing the registration form) to ensure you understand all of the requirements and obligations.

Step Two Read the process overview relevant to your situation to ensure you complete the registration form as required:
  1. New Registrations
  2. Updating Current Registrations
  3. Compulsory Annual Update

Step Three

Download and complete the registration form.

Step Four

Download and complete a statutory declaration for each named employee.

Step Five

Submit the registration form and statutory declaration(s) to the South Australian Lobbyist Register as outlined below.

While all efforts are made to complete the registration process quickly, no guarantee can be provided as to turn-around time. Furthermore, you must factor in the time needed to complete the necessary statutory declarations and have them witnessed and sworn. It is therefore important to register early in anticipation of a future need to undertake lobbying activities to ensure there is no impediment to the necessary meetings taking place.
